- We cover the whole of the UK on a daily basis and serve every type of Process.
- We normally charge a fixed fee and will let you know what our Process Servers can and can't do.
- We will process serve your legal documents in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations including CPR Rules.
- We normally do 3 visits at varying times of the day and where necessary outside of normal working hours.
- We promise that you will be kept regularly updated and notified as soon as service takes place or any problems are encountered.
- We will undertake relevant local enquiries where necessary to confirm information.
- We will send you a Certificate, Statement or Affidavit confirming service and which will be accurate and in the required format.
