How to instruct our Process Servers

To instruct one of our Process Servers to serve your documents please follow the instructions below.

Normally allocation of instructions to our process severs is done through our central office in Leeds. This allows us to set up the case correctly on our system and monitor service of the papers.

Please send the documents you require serving plus a copy of these to either our business address named below or if you use the DX service to the DX address given below:-

If your service is of a urgent nature (within 3-4 days of us receiving papers) then please contact us on 0113 286 8380 prior to sending instructions as the work may need sending directly to the process server covering that particular area.

Please try and include an email address and a contact name of the person dealing with the case. We will normally confirm safe receipt of your documents either by email or telephone.
