We are a professional firm of Process Services with an office covering both Leeds and London and agents covering the rest of the UK. Our Process Servers (sometimes referred to as Bailiffs or Investigators) are self employed individuals who operate throughout the Country serving documents daily on behalf of Solicitors, Lawyers, Local Authorities, Government Agencies, Companies and Private Individuals.
Our Process Servers are experienced and committed to serving your papers as required. We know how your process needs to be served and we stay informed about the changing laws and rules concerning process service.
Our up-front, fixed fee pricing policy gives you the assurance that there
will never be any nasty little surprises when you receive our invoice. You will
always know exactly what our charges are before we commence any work.
At P & B Collection Services we never
compromise on the quality of the service we provide. Your papers are always processed and
sent out for service on
the day that they are received by us. We will confirm safe receipt of
your instructions either by email or a quick phone call and
we will ensure that they are served as quickly as is possible.
