Serving a Injunction Order
If you need to serve a Injunction Order we can assist you with service of this anywhere in England and Wales for a FIXED FEE.
We serve Injunction Orders throughout England and Wales for a fixed fee and will provide you with a Certificate of Service or sworn Affidavit to confirm the Order has been served.
To instruct one of our experienced process servers to serve a Injunction Order for you just post us the papers for service together with a further copy so we can exhibit this to our proof of service. We can also arrange for collection of the Injunction from you when needed but a collection fee would apply.
The vast majority of instructions are dealt with and managed through our Head Office giving you a single point of contact. Our Head office will allocate the service of the Injunction to our local process server who then attend the address and serve the Injunction order as required. We will make multiple visits to the address when required.
We normally serve a Injunctions for a fixed fee of £87.50 plus VAT. An additional charge would apply for collecting the papers. We would attend the one address three times if it became necessary for the fixe fee.
